What are your experiences buying from BEST4pets?

To be very honest, Mr nikhil looks quite knowledgeable and a nice guy ! But the rampant vocal complaints regarding lack of communication mostly, cannot be ignored either !

I have personally ordered multiple times, even sensitive species like Otocinclus. They did arrive healthy and i still have them after 3 months !

What’s the catch exactly? I have seen his facilities in multiple podcast of Mr shifu, weekend aquarist, mayur
And it looks quite good and clean tbh !

Having said all these, there’s just too many strong views on him as well !

Do share your views, both positive and negative without being disrespectful

How many of you used this thing for co2 ? and what’s your honest review?

I mean on paper it does look good for small tanks
It even has solenoid !

What are your reviews using it? If any !
How long does it last !
And what’s the overall durability of the product

Is there any hobbyist from Guwahati, Assam? If so from where do you get CO2 refills?

I am looking into finally embracing co2 after running my tank for over a year as low tech !
Learning to grow plants
Having a stable tank.

I think this is the next big step.

However would love to connect with someone from my city who has experience.

I find Mr Mayur Dev kinda more a businessman than true hobbyist !

The man seem totally incapable of taking any form of criticism for his products.

I personally find his fertilisers quite inferior along with Indica soil.

I used to like him initially, but now it almost seem like highly profit oriented.
What others think??

He points to reviews in his own website which ofc isn’t neutrally published

I am having this shrimp since february which is like 3 months.
The shrimp is very active and happy, always grazing.

But i read Caridina gracilirostris is brackish shrimp while C. Gulf1 sp is a fully freshwater specie.

Hence wanted to know what i have !
They are simply sold as Red nose shrimp, even seller doesn’t know it.

( they are having an algae eating competition, which i think long nose guy is winning based on his big poop)

I am absolutely confused if i should get Gertrude or Paskai ,
The yellow in Gertrude is nice and rare as there’s arent many yellow fish
But i fear it will look dull from slight distance !!

While paskai looks vibrant, but again THE ORANGE,
Like literally i had ember tetras before and just so many fish has this orange ! Its kinda boringn
