Entry Marketing candidate applies to job

I'm applying for a role as a digital content creator for a parent company that focuses on kids entertainment and has 2 sister companies for food. I'm quite new to the marketing space even though I have a marketing degree from uni. The JD mentions:

Duties

  • Develop high-quality written content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in content creation.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is optimised for audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content creating or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Familiarity with content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in social media management and social media marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail, grammar, and style.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

They expect someone to manage all 3 brands for the annual of 30,000 GBP. Do you have any advice for what questions to ask in the interview because they claim to be a medium sized company but their HQ is only 8 employees?

UK immigrant visa expiring v soon

I've studied in the UK for uni and stayed after to work on the grad visa. Unfortunately my current company won't sponsor me for my role so I'm left no choice but to look elsewhere. My visa ends on October and I'm worried I won't be able to stay. Do you have any advice as to how I could stay here for longer?
