My mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day have always been really close to each other. This year I want to take her out to dinner and then a cocktail bar afterwards. Or maybe the other way around. What two places do you suggest I pair together?

I liked Caché and Kitty’s Cosmopolitan Club but I likely won’t be able to get a reservation for 4 people at those places.

Budget would be around $400-$500 for 4 people for everything.
