We’re planning a destination wedding in India for February 2027 and looking for recommendations for a credible, full-service wedding planner with proven experience (especially with NRI or destination weddings).

Key details:

- Budget: ~₹30 lakhs all-inclusive (venue + stay + food + decor + planning)

- Guest count: Flexible (likely intimate-mid size)

- Events: 2 functions (either Haldi + Wedding OR Wedding + Reception)

- Location: Open to North India / Rajasthan

- Vibe: Royal palace / mountain resort (heritage feel preferred)

- Wedding type: Day wedding, preferably outdoor with indoor backup

- Food: Vegetarian only

- Style: North Indian (Punjabi/Himachali elements)

- Guest logistics: Accommodation + food included for guests

What I’m looking for in a planner:

- Full-service planning (venue sourcing, vendors, guest management, execution)

- Strong experience with destination weddings in Rajasthan or North India in general

- Transparent pricing + ability to work within budget

- Solid referrals / past client reviews (this is very important)

I’ve seen a lot of generic planner responses online, so I’d really appreciate first-hand experiences, referrals, or even planners to avoid.
