my brother is selling me a laptop

Hello computerhelp! Me and my brother know next to nothing about computer hardware. So I have quick question to you guys. What do you think this used laptop is worth? My brother is trying to sell it to me for 320 euros (375 usd). Im saying its much more like 200-250e.
