I breakout when I’m really stressed out. I usually use Tacrolimus Ointment 0.1%, which seems to help the most. But this last time it’s made my chin really dry. Any moisturizer recommendations?

Any idea what this is on my upper eyelid? It’s not hard and feels like there may be fluid inside.
Bloodshot eyes due to allergies.
