Car with Certificate of Destruction, What Next?
I'm going to be very brief with this post but bought a car off an auction site for $9K with 30K mileage. Car was damaged on the front passenger bumper side, needed a couple of more things like an airbag, new tires but all in all, repair was about $6K for a total of $15K. The car was fixed and was getting ready to be sent to me when we realized that it had a certificate of destruction. All this was back in February this year and truth be told, this happened due to laps in judgement. We've been trying to sell the car internationally to no avail. What are my options? Can the destruction certificate possibly be rescinded? What are the chances of it happening? Can the car be sold back to the auctioneers? I need help here and please be nice, I know nothing about car and its dealings.
