I have a question for my fellow dispatchers. I have a pretty good opportunity to move to a full time dispatch position. Id like to see how my fellow upsers deal with the schedule. The two full times in my center make it seem like it’s pretty brutal as far as the schedule. I would just like to hear some more advice from people that are in the position that are at other facilities.
