i really want to play carx street in the pc version but the fact of not having licensed cars bothers me a lot, and i don't found any mod that include these licensed cars till now

When i try to open any rockstar game (in this case is GTA III Definitive Edition but already tried with another games) the email to verify my account is some random email that isn't my Rockstar Account email, and i don't know what to send to their support because their support site is crap to explain exactly what is happening.

Said that, what exactly i should send to their support?
