Tata Capital Scam / Fraud experience for Bike loan

I’m a student and purchased a bike from a showroom. Since I wanted to improve my credit score from 750, I agreed to an EMI option after the salesperson told me it would be around 12% interest. Later, I received a Tata Capital loan message showing 25% interest, which I never properly agreed to. I immediately cancelled the loan, but despite making the complete payment for the vehicle, the EMI continued getting deducted from my bank account every month. After almost 2 months of continuous follow-ups, they finally resolved my request and corrected the EMI repayment issue. The whole experience felt extremely stressful and misleading. Please think multiple times and carefully verify every detail before taking any loan.
