Is rage shield supposed to stack?
I feel like it should stack but I cant get more then 11 shield even when reapplying Hemorrhage and not taking damage, and im just confused if its server issues causing it or just terribly designed when things like Gorgons toothpick passive shield can stack and get like 200+ shields easily, kinda feels like a waste of a passive point.
