Me and my fiancé are getting married in a casual symbolic ceremony this summer. I don't do skin products usually (eyeliner, mascara, sometimes eyeshadow and lips, with the little occasional blush) but considering it is a special event with pictures, I want a nice makeup.

criterias : low budget (i'd say max 20-25$cad per product on average), long lasting, especially in high temperatures, low coverage (i have pretty good skin, so I just want to enhance it, not necessarily cover it) and dewy skin finish. (edit: forgot to add ''waterproof'' :') )

I already have the e.l.f ''dewy skin setting spray'' in my cart, but i am clueless about the rest. Any tips, suggestions, etc. would be so appreciated ! PLEASE I NEED HELP xD
