Should I take medical abortion pills before or after my holiday abroad?
I have had a telephone consultation today and they estimate i am around 5 weeks + 2 days pregnant. The pills will be arriving via post in the next few days. I was planning to take the medication on Sunday 17th May, however i have a holiday on the 27th. The lady on the phone recommended i take them when i am back in the UK, however this would place me at about 8 weeks and my mental health feels like it would be really impacted waiting.
There are 10 days between when i would take the pills and fly out. Will i feel okay? i know i will likely still be bleeding but i am really worried about being in a lot of pain in a foreign country.
What are other peoples experiences with the medical abortion? When did you start to feel better and stop bleeding?
