Over my years at work I've heard talk of manager bonuses being related to overtime use, no injuries etc.

Is that right? Do managers really lose bonuses for injuries? Because that seems like an easy way for people to not want to report injuries for fear of an angry manager.

Anyone able to clear up the bonus system for salaried managers? Just curious really
