Hi all, sorry for the up close photo of my butt hole! I’ve had haems since I was 19 (F). Now 43 and they’ve gotten awful lately (last few years). Lots of bleeding and clots (bright red). I do have pelvic congestion syndrome and ibs too. Have doctor on Friday to try get help.
