We are both early twenties and hang out a lot at this point and genuinely nobody brings me more joy than they do and there’s a mutual quality to it but not enough to where I feel like there’s obviously something romantic. Once their friend told me “I’ve heard a lot about you” and another time I realized on the bus our hands had been touching and they hadn’t said anything which feel like signs of at least some interest but also I know I’ll see things like that more easily if I am looking for them. I guess I want to find out a way to ask without ruining what I consider a very meaningful friendship and also making the job we share and both enjoy awkward. I don’t know just looking for other perspectives thanks.
