Looking for an MSP Job!
Looking for a remote job that would allow me to work from Canada(ET). I am from the US but am making a move to Montreal. I have MSP experience and lots of experience working in fast paced environments. Currently doing L2 Support.
- Delivered tier 1 & 2 support for healthcare, legal and security-sensitiveorganizations in a fast-paced MSP environment. Over 70 clients managed.
- 4x Employee of the Month; Ranked top 3 in performance metrics every month.Closed 200-300+ tickets & calls a month on issues related to accounts, software, licensing, hardware, access, connection, etc. using a ticketing system to meet SLA’s.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments; manage users,permissions, and secure remote access including VPN configuration.
- Deployed and configured workstations (Windows/Mac), servers and network peripherals; imaging, GPO application and hardware setup
