Applied for a water connection for a new house acquired in a subdivision in Mansilingan last July 2025. Until now wala pa gd matakdan linya ka tubig. Went to ask several times and everytime ila sabat is nagkaproblema sila sa management tapos sa contractor naman para sa connection. The last time nga nagkadto ko April and May nga request last year pa lang kuno ila natakdan. Anyone who has same experience as me? Pano ni himuon para matakdan daun man? Ok na lang ko ya mgbayad extra para matakdan daun than mghulat sa wala mabal an. Poor Customer relations. Poor service gd.
