Hello, literally I was reading just fine and when I went to get water and come back there’s a line on my kobo. There were no physical damage and i did use tempered glass since day 1. Contacted Kobo support and waiting for the update if they are going to allow me for a replacement. However, I purchased it on 2024. Are there chance of them allowing me for replacement?
