Just Because I Had The “Walmart Values” CBL recently
For a company that says it’s values are to treat everyone with respect and act with integrity I feel seriously lacks both from the top down.
Management consistently lies, belittles, and manipulates associates not just at my store but company wide according to this subreddit. Now tell me how ANY of those behaviors fit into the above mentioned values?
I have been trying to transfer from one of department to another for literally months and my coach will not approve it because “i need replaced” despite several people being brought in i have yet to have had a replacement apparently although i hace told them my position is starting to affect me mentally but im supposed to take them at their word that they are “trying everything i can to help you” at this point their words like most of management has no value behind them and leads me to believe they have a lack of integrity.
We have also had several coaches leave or step down do to stress and harassment from SM & ASM with one literally saying as they left “I have never been treated with such disrespect and belittlement at any of my other leadership jobs”
They need to change their values because the above two are very blatant lies.
