I’m losing my Sunday childcare and since I’m unavailable Sundays now my store is making me demote. (it’s understandable) but the thing is I have to leave my store altogether and start over in a new store as a regular associate (no TL spots were offered since I cant work Sundays) here’s the thing. I’m a 6yr associate, I’ve been at my store that long, I’m well known and respected and even before being a TL I was acting TL and treated like one. the thought of having to be lowest on the totem pole actually freaks me out. Like how do I go from digital lead with a team of 60 to a brand new transfer associate who will probably just be told to pick all day. I’m used to taking charge and being worried about everything and damnit I LIKE being worried about everything, I like the stress and chaos and having associates depend on me. I feel like I’m losing everything I’ve worked for and I feel like it’s going to look bad on my record having to demote. I plan to stay with the company I don’t have many other options.
