I have these red bumps that show up on my arms legs, chest,stomach, and face. They have not gone away, and new ones appear sometimes, They are painless and hard. I don’t think they are folliculitis because I don’t sweat a ton or wear tight clothes around these places, and i’m not shaving anywhere near these ones, I also don’t think they are keratosis pilaris either because they do not pop and don’t follow a pattern, but of course I can be wrong! I’m just throwing out some other stuff. and before anyone assumes that’s what i’m doing this for, I highly doubt it’s cancer related but I very much would appreciate everyones insight, please help!

So i’ve been having this growing problem of constant irritation under my eye lid, it only happens in the (my) right one and only feels like it’s by the frontozygonatic suture, It is very uncomfortable and I cannot sleep without something pressed on my eyelid to relieve the pressure, it’s painful when I look to the sides and am just wondering what it might be or what’s happening, because this has NEVER happened before.
