I know it's only been a day, but I think (hope) it's over now, but thinking about it more, I noticed some things I probably should have paid more attention to earlier.

I talked to her today and told her that I want to stop any romantic or sexual interactions and anything close to it like cuddling. I said we can still be friends though.
She declined that. She tried to argue for a while that it could work out somehow, completely ignoring the points I made why it would never work out.
She then went on to blame me for being cold and doing things with her, using her, denying that she was the one who initiated every relevant step.
She then told me she's worried she might get pregnant.
She told me about that worry a few times, after doing stuff, even though we were both fully clothed and I never came. Until one incident happened 2 days ago now, so one day before my original post. I honestly don't know, why I didn't mention that.

We were in bed, she was on her back and I was on top of her. She wanted to rub my member against her vulva. She was wearing underwear and I was wearing a condom. I explicitly showed her how she had to hold it so that the condom wouldn't slip off. My hands were on her shoulders while she handled everything down there with her hands.
During the interaction, I asked her again to make sure the condom stayed in place, and she assured me that she was taking care of it. I couldn't exactly feel what she was doing, but when we stopped, her underwear was pushed aside and my condom was off. She claimed she hadn't noticed anything. (I never came, so the actual risk of pregnancy is very low I believe, but non 0 from what I know which kinda stresses me out)
When talking about her worries of pregnancy, she never referred to this incident though, only to the ones before that where definitely nothing happened. I just believed her, but now, thinking back, I don't really see how that could have happened accidentally and especially how she didn't notice, when she had at least one hand on it at all times. Am I just imagining things or is this really weird?
Edit: Also We agreed today to stop seeing or texting each other and I will definitely stick to that.
