On page 11 in the book it states Card refill: Do not refill dragons or Cave cards into the card display board until the end of each player's turn, but page 14 does not state anything about the display board in the turn end.

It just says refresh the display board at the end of the round. I'm hoping maybe I missed something or maybe they are able to fix future Wyrmspan games to help everyone understand it a bit more as this is a bit more challenging than wingspan.
