Kept on getting rejected. What did I miss?

I must be missing something obvious.

Apple rejected the app with only one thing left:

The following information needs to be included in the App Store metadata:

- A functional link to the Terms of Use (EULA). If you are using the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA), include a link to the Terms of Use in the App Description. If you are using a custom EULA, add it in App Store Connect.

But you can see on the screenshot, I have a Terms link and it is functional. It opens my TOS page in Safari.

So, I really need another set of eyes here.

Is there any pricing website for real estate buyers?

Being in Bay Area, it seems quite a few houses generate pricing wars. It is very uneasy to put in an offer, or even to decide whether it is worthwhile to put in an offer.

There are websites to practice stock trading with fake accounts. Is there any website to practice that for houses? It would be nice to see real listings, and put in a number. Then when it closes, check how close my number is. I know it takes a long time, but I am not in a hurry.

Without revealing my app (not intending to make this an ad), I accidentally made a web app which got some traction, about 150 daily active users.

It is free, and I had no intention to make money off it. However, I would like to grow the user base as a way to grow audience for my other apps.

Fortunately I have a clean architecture so it was trivial to build native apps - iOS, Android, macOS, and maybe even Windows.

So, my question is to those who have both web app and native apps - what kind of multiplications do you see from releasing native apps? Can you attribute a factor to each platform?>
