Flipkart showed ₹41,941 final price but charged ₹44,980 at payment page — what should I do?

I was trying to buy a Vivo X200T on Flipkart and noticed something very confusing with the pricing/offers. On the product page, Flipkart showed: Product price: ₹54,999 Deal discount: ₹5,000 Exchange discount: ₹5,350 Flipkart Axis Bank offer: ₹7,708 off It clearly showed “Lowest price for you” as around ₹41,941. But when I reached the payment page, the amount suddenly became ₹44,980, and after cashback it showed final amount around ₹42,747. Also, they added ₹333 “Offer & Payment Handling Fees.” When I checked offer details, I found: ₹5,000 instant discount was applicable 5% cashback only gave around ₹1,330 Another 5% offer became ₹0 because apparently I already used part of the quarterly limit earlier So basically the product page showed a much lower amount, but the actual payable amount became much higher during checkout. This feels misleading because Flipkart combines instant discount + cashback + exchange + capped offers and shows a lower “effective price,” but actual payment amount is different.

BKC employee planning to buy first flat – Thane vs Dombivli vs Kalyan suggestions?

I work in BKC and currently travel from Mumbai side, but now planning to purchase my first flat for self-use + long-term investment. Budget is mid-range, so I’m exploring areas like Thane, Dombivli, and Kalyan. My priorities are: Daily travel convenience to BKC Good railway/metro connectivity Decent lifestyle and future appreciation Reputed builder with good construction quality Less flooding/traffic issues if possible Currently considering: Thane (Majiwada, Kolshet, Balkum side) Dombivli (near station or upcoming metro areas) Kalyan (for bigger space/value for money) Would love honest feedback from people already living there or commuting to BKC daily. Questions: Which location gives the best balance of travel + lifestyle? Which projects/builders should I seriously consider? Is Thane worth the premium over Dombivli/Kalyan? Any hidden issues I should know before buying? Would really appreciate genuine suggestions and personal experiences. Thanks!
