Standard or deluxe?

My bday is on the 20th so getting the deluxe sounds like a no brainer so I can play early. A big fan of the superhero games so just being able to fly around and save the day sounds awesome.

But just to play a couple days early ? idk if I’m really missing out on anything at launch except for extra suits. I want the deluxe for the story missions and mayhem mode but that doesn’t come til September.

What’s the move? ♟️

Do y’all think the price is too high for how many hours you’ll get out of this?

It says 15 hours to complete the story and then possibly 30-50 hours completing side content, achievements n what not. Sounds about right compared to the hours put into the other Arkham games. But I can’t get over the fact that this game is $70 but it’s really $90 because the deluxe edition is worth it. I wanted to pre order to play a day before my bday but Idk.

When comparing it to a Lego game like the skywalker saga, I easily put over 100hours . Waiting for a sale at $20 was worth it. I think I’ll wait for sale honestly. Do you think you’ll get your moneys worth with this game at full price?

For example, after 500 hours of Diablo 4 I feel satisfied I’ve completed everything I’ve wanted to do in that game and the theme this season is very cool but I’ve hit my limit.
For the past 2 years this game has been my top 5 but it’s just time to play something else. To my point there’s 4 games I’ve been playing for a long time that I can always jump and enjoy when I’m not liking the experience in other games.

Smite 1&2- 2300hrs in a 11 year span

Fortnite- since launch & about 2500hrs across pc n PlayStation

GTA V(and well every other version)- since launch I couldn’t tell you how many hrs I have with that because I played on ps3, ps4, Xbox one and pc but my guess a several thousand. Obviously playing the next.

Mortal kombat- I grew up on fighting games I played all mortal kombats and I’d say I have over 10k hours total and I’m still adding hours til this day.

This has been the most engaging story I’ve felt in a long time. Man if this isn’t the whip cream w cherry on top then idk what is. The boss fights are so cool. The cutscenes n voice actors gave me emotional jaw dropping moments, they really spoke to me personally. I love this game.
