Recently my endo offered me the option to start on mounjaro. Also wegovy, but she recommended mounjaro at higher cost. Other than hashis my sugar is on the pre diabetic side and my bmi has been stuck at 29-30.
Generally I don’t eat super unhealthily but I definitely can afford to be healthier and have smaller portions. I’ve tried strict calorie counting before but I gained the weight once I stopped and I was miserable the whole time.
I cycle twice a week and pilates once a week, and occasionally do some strength training as well.
Wondering if anybody is able to share their experience?
Will I lose weight just because I’m not as hungry? It will be another lifelong medication just like Levo?
Thanks in advance
