So I don't really keep up with the actual "lore" to a tee, but I made a Warmonger that's a counterpart to the Scorching Herald, so I was trying to figure out what Holden's actual goals are right now. Not that fashion has to be lore compliant but it would be pretty cool.

Is he recruiting heroes for some sort of new army? Shaking his fist at the sky and complaining about his old boss? As far as I know he adopted the new persona and is in search of new legends, but maybe it'll make more sense as time goes on.
