Hey guys, 24 M and I have a gastric bypass three years ago. But two weeks ago I was in the hospital for a perforated ulcer about 4 mm in size. I’m trying to figure out if I’m able to start lifting again you see I’m a mortician and my livelihood requires me to lift. If anyone has been in my position please give me some advice I’m able to eat whatever I want with no issues. My pain on a scale of one to 10 is about a two and I’ve stopped taking pain medication’s. What do you guys think?
