Tips to focus 12

Hi Everyone, I'm bit struggling with focus 12 not sure how to induce or make it happen. I'm able to focus 10 without tapes. My assumption is one thing that could be stopping focus 12 from expanding is I couldn't stop myself from checking the body sensation. It's like my focus is tethered to my feet continuously, I experience heavy sensation in the feet like something being squeezed inside the feet. How to take off the focus from body and where to focus, do I need to imagine something or visualize. Any tips and suggestions to let go and expand the awareness. Also, if I expanded my awareness how I can know it is focus 12. For now I can feel most of my body during focus 12. During focus 12, will there be sensation in the body ? Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I just did a H+ tape synchronizing. After the tape drank water and looked into the laptop like usual all the text were blurry, in each word there is a horizontal strike across the word, and blurry letters. Then when I smile vision is normal, but with normal face again blur. Splashed cold water on the face. Later reduced the brightness of the screen and it was little better. I got scared. Wanted to know if it is normal, if anyone experienced this and what you did helped and what could be the reason for this, it is my first time experiencing it.

Thanks! I appreciate your response.

Hello everyone, It's going to be a month from I started doing wave 1. Body is asleep because i couldn't move and mind is awake as I can think, overthink. Last few days some of body parts becoming numb during session.

But I don't know if "head" also needs to be like rest of the body some sort of numbing?

I tried sleep and exploration track 5 when trying to move the body like log, head is moving and always can feel headphones moving without me doing anything. I started to feel as if body in some parts creating gap from the bed or levitated like an inch and that feels like cramped or uncomfortable position, is it normal ?

Is there any tips on how to roll out the body like a log ? Thanks!
