Ice is on the outside of my fridge?

Ice is on the outside of my fridge?

My fridge has ice on the back...on the outside. When it ices over the ice maker stops working. Everything I try and look up is about ice on the inside. Does anyone have any insight please? Thank you

I'm on the 6th day and it's too windy to open hive. Is queen okay to release on 7th day or even later? Sure she might be lose, but I don't think so. The neighbor have needed releasing yesterday. I stopped because the windstorm came in.
