Thrifted Bitty Twin back in action
First time posting! I hope Bitty Babies are okay for this sub. I should have taken a "before" photo but didn't think ahead. I found this 2013 Bitty Twin at my local thrift store for $8. I did search the whole store for her twin, but not there 😥. She was covered in green paint (took a chance that it was a washable kid's kind and it was!) and her denim dress had stained her cloth body navy blue. I thank the folks of this Reddit who have posted cleaning tips before because oxyclean got her clean and a few sprays of hydrogen peroxide got the stains out. I laundered the clothing in the machine with my own clothes and it came out perfectly. I used a Kitsch detailing brush with a little water to get the paint out of her hair. Now to decide if I put her hair back up in pigtails!
