Is it just me or does anyone feel like their reps on camera look smoother and faster compared to what it feels like lifting it?

This might be a weird question but I notice that when I video myself doing lifts like Bench Press, Squat, or RDL, the reps seem to go by smoothly. But lifting it feels challenging and slower than it looks like. Its also not like I’m purposefully rushing it or slowing down the eccentric, just lifting it naturally, and the set is challenging as i typically make progress weekly on these compound lifts. The rep speed towards the end of the set does slow down though, especially on Bench Press. But is this normal?

Im almost flat footed, have noticeable out toeing, and now this shit has to show up on almost everything I wear when I walk everywhere in college. Its like I’m not built for walking and I should just voluntarily check myself into a wheelchair. What do you think? It’s not foot drop, i dont have bunions but i do have a sizable callus on the side of my right big toe
