Iron infusion - so sick 3 weeks later. Medical assistance in dying

I'm severe, bedbound. Had an iron infusion April 22. Reacted so severe, had to go to ER. Bp, hr, crazy high, convulsions, delusions, so so bad.

It's been 3 weeks. Hr and bp are better, convulsions less. But every single day I'm going through this until I eat high phosphate pudding. I can't go long enough without the pudding to test phosphate serum. No one will test anyhtubg else. (6 Dr's)

I can't do this anymore. It's torture. I can't stop fantasizing about maid. Medical assistance in dying. No one can live like this everyday. Because some Dr's won't run more tests. I need help. Can't travel.

Any ideaa welcome. In Regina, Sask, Canada.

Current symptoms

I'm just lying in bed and all of a sudden my heart starts racing and thudding (no pain), my skin on my back, neck and arms is like it's lit on fire, my stomach drops, I get an adrenaline dump, I get this wave of anxiety that feels like I'm choking, and it feels like there is an alarm in body screaming at me that I'm dying. Then I get so weak, like I can lift my arms and the muscles burn like I just worked out, can barely talk, get so out of breath, can barely even make a facial expression, my leg muscles cramp, I get a low grade fever and shivers if I get out of the blanket to go to the bathroom (need assistance to walk there). I get confused and it seems almost like I'm delirious.

Then, when the pudding kicks in, everything just.... Lifts. I can breathe, I can use my arms, etc.

It always takes 1 to 2 hours. So I know it's not the sugar, regular food doesn't help at all, and now, it's taking more pudding at closer intervals to have the same effect.

Dr who will do virtual appointment for first appointment?

Does anyone know of any GP's who will do a first appointment virtually? Not to become their patient, just for an acute issue. (I'm bedbound)

My GP, another gp, the ER, urgent care and a couple specialists have refused some relatively simple blood/urine tests, referencing the college of physicians as the reason they can't run the tests. The thing is, my symptoms clearly indicate this testing, even if the one initial blood test doesn't (is being skewed by food intake out of my control).

The college confirmed that any physician can run these tests and that the symptoms listed warranted it even if one blood test doesn't.

My symptoms are extremely severe.

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I'm desperate for help.

Note: I tried maple and they cancelled saying to see my Dr, and one nurse practitioner said they can't run them.
