Wills and grantee
About 7 yrs ago a man I cared for in my job over a few yrs passed away. Afterwards my boss at the time queried what I had received from the will as they said had seen it and I was noted in it I was clueless and had heard nothing.
Due to this man being very wealthy I was aware that the main receivers of his estate were in dispute and thought nothing more of it. In the following months I moved address and changed jobs and never thought of it afterwards.
On a notion I just looked it up and seen the will was probated 2 yrs ago with a local accountant the grantee.
Is it possible I was in the will but they may of been unable to contact me ? I'm aware they would be obliged to try but would it be common for them not to be able locate people who may have moved as I said I'm not even sure I'm in this will so feel it might be foolish contacting the accountant now I'm clueless with legal matters advice appreciated.
