Hello everyone ! I (22F) started ordering food a few times a month during COVID, and once I realized how convenient it was, it slowly turned into a habit. I began using it as a way to “reward” myself. The thing is, I can cook pretty well, but I still get really specific cravings that make me want to order—even when I already have meal prep sitting in my fridge.
Now I’m ordering 2–3 times a week, and it’s starting to get expensive. I also feel kind of ashamed about it. I already tried to delete the app, delete the account… Doesn’t work.
Has anyone else gone through something similar? Any tips on how to get it under control?
