Trauma affecting my chronic gastritis?

So, I was a passenger in a car accident at the weekend. Thankfully, no one was physically hurt. As you can all imagine i've been in shock since and my anxiety has been awful (for many different reasons)

But, one thing I have noticed since is my stomach feels different. My gastritis always felt like burning/pressure pretty much every day but a couple days after it almost felt like all my symptoms apart from the reflux just disappeared. Until today 🤦‍♀️ the dizziness hit me like a sob, then the sickness but the pressure feels *DEEP* and tight across my abdomen and painful. Plus, I feel like i'm catching my breath more than usual.

Is this something I should go to the doctors about or just get on with?

Who sees my witness statement?

I was a witness to a car accident at the weekend and a passenger in the crash. Thankfully everyone involved was physically unharmed.

I agreed to be a witness for insurance purposes (the police were not involved) and i'm just curious as to when I give my statement will it be kept confidential between both insurers or will the drivers see it also?
