Just finished dental school and sitting on a pretty heavy loan balance. My credit score isn't great right now, mostly because of the debt to income ratio during school. I've been looking into refinancing but every lender I check either rejects me or gives me a rate that's worse than what I already have.

I know some people say to wait until your score improves but I'd rather not keep paying the current interest if there's a better path. Some people mentioned going with a cosigner but I don't really have anyone willing to do that for me.
