It's came to my attention, that one of the Ways most people "Bypassed" screen time on most iOS devices was by Going to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Google account > Privacy > and opening google, com within the external browser allowing unrestricted access on to the internet without any issues besides limiting adult websites, if the parental figure turns that setting on. This also worked on iPadOS.

Latest on iOS 26.5-iPadOS 26.5 and newer It "appears" to be patched, specially with people that have screen-time that goes off into downtime based on the time of day. Prompting the downtime message stating Your unable to use accounts, google, com at this time. I'm wondering if people even found a work around this. As I myself, Can't find any flaws. Specially if you have a Parental Pin Code setup and a bunch of apps restricted during Downtime. Does this mean apple has finally fixed most of the flaws with strict parental controls, or am I missing something?

And to be clear I mean for everything locked down, even being unable to change the timezone as well.

Yes I've read the rules, and just giving some information I've discovered myself. And would like to hear feedback from other people.
