Just upgraded from a 3070 to a 3080ti and am getting the same exact frames and stutters. I hover around 150-180 in Rocket League which is not a very demanding game. I notice this on a variety of games when I should be much higher. I’ve tried a few things but still have no luck. Seems like the loads are pretty low and i’m just stuck.
