I had a root canal treatment years ago.

I feel pressure, inflammation, confusion, stress, trouble sleeping, and most of my symptoms are unilateral.

I can't afford a sinus lift surgery, or even the assessment to see if I need one.

I can afford a re-treatment, but the endodontist said it's unlikely, but not impossible, that another root canal will heal me.

What do I do?

I kind of want to get an extraction and get on with my life, so I can work, read, exercise, and study.
