Ganito ba talaga kabagal ang hiring process?

I was applying at around October-December of 2025. I am still receiving an invites for preliminary, pre qualification chuchu up until now. Grabe sobrang tagal pala talaga mag process ang gov agencies. Ano kayang ginagawa nila for the first 3-4 months bakit ngayon palang sila magsisi update (tho yung iba is update na not qualified/accepted, but still).

Nakadagdag sin siguro sa reaction ko na galing ako ng recruitment sa private, which is na instill sa amin na hindi dapat patagalin ang pag process ng applicants + not so much volume din.

Hello. Recently started working under government (two months now). This is my second job, my first was in the private sector. Sadly no salary yet (I've been told lagi daw talaga delay ang unang sahod, comp & ben told me 2-3 months before sumahod.)

So naiipon na sahod ko and I'm on SG 6 only. My questions are

  1. What should I do with the money that I will get (I've been told, makukuha ko yung 2-3 months ng isahang bagsak)

  2. Anything I should do or should have done now na lumipat na ako sa gov sector?
