I feel that whenever I see opinions like league balance team is terrible at balance compared to other games, or they are treated as THE devs who can't balance, I am often puzzled.

Imo more often than not, especially past year or so League has been a very balanced game. With the caveat of course being that there are some champions that feel bad to play against (example Mel).

Statistically balanced but has feels bad factors. Most games I lose, I almost always see that I made mistakes that could have turned the outcome of the game.
