The job has become more about sucking d*** (metaphorically) of the top guys than things that actually matter. Mind you, I’m a sales guy, I know how good I am. But the job has become less about selling and more about “how shit looks when top management” visits so that top management can kiss a** of their bosses. I don’t want to be part of that chain.
