I’ve been working as a senior recruiter for the past couple of years, and I know how tough the job market is right now. I have some downtime over the next few weeks, so I wanted to offer free resume/CV feedback for anyone currently job hunting.
During a normal busy week, I review around 400–600 applications, so recruiters usually make decisions very quickly. Most of the time, within 20–30 seconds of looking at a resume, we already have a strong impression of the candidate. Small things can make a huge difference.
