Early side effects help pls

Hello, i am on really low dose lexapro 2.5mg to start with as I've had gastric bypass and medication tends to hit me hard.

Yesterday was day 3 and ive been perfectly fine the first 3 days but yesterday I was hit with evening diarrhea, which triggered panic attack ( my stomach kept dropping and sending out those panic waves), i was jittery and cold feeling internally and had nausea. It all eased off essentially when I took my night time dose of zopiclone to go to bed.

This morning I had more diarrhea and the nausea is quite bad im sat here gagging and using all my tools to try help but I cant help but also feel panicked (these symptoms all are similar to the beginning of a mystery illness I had in 2024 which never left me the same as a person)

Is this normal at such a low dose? Did anyone else feel nausea, trembling, gagging, diarrhea, dizzy all at once sort of in waves

Im so scared of serotonin syndrome:( or just anything being wrong. I have severe health anxiety and using this medication to try to combat it in the first place but now terrified to take my next dose

I've been given Mirtazapine/Remeron from my doctor. I think she gave it to me as a but of a lifeline and because i tried sertraline in 2024 when I was really ill (an event that worsened my ocd) and it hurt my stomach so bad that after one use and I never took it again. Ive messed up however and gone and researched it and have just become more fearful of taking it now. I collected it just today and im terrified to take it tonight. Does anyone have tips for after I take it to keep myself sane and stable so I can fall asleep? Despite my life long ocd im still new to facing it. When I was 17 I left school and didnt address my issues at all and im 27 now and ive basically been a shut in all that time. No job, no risks in life, no partners, not many friends, just a sad loser🥲 so any tips while I try to navigate and try to get into therapy would help thank you
