My bf (27) and I F(21) have been together for 3 years now and recently a mutual friend of mine showed me a boys only group chat for a trip there planning and my bf being in there made a comment similar to “well we’re all single” and to not rat out my friend essentially I just approached my bf with “hey are u telling people ur single” and without anything else he just outright admits to “yes I did tell girls im single” WHEN I WAS REFFERING TO THE BOYS GROUPCHAT and I never even mentioned any girls. But he gave himself away and is now trying to justify it by saying it because he doesn’t want anyone in his business or to know his life and so on. Do I break up with him? I do love him but this is really hurtful
