Hello,

I am a bit confused by the PA benefits. I’m probably an odd case and I’m not sure how it works and what to expect.

I was making approximately 2-3k a week prior to the injury.

After the injury I’ve been placed on light duty making 1139/week.

With the maximum benefit of 1394 does that cover the difference between my weekly wage and the maximum benefit. Or my weekly wage and my original AWW.

Specifically is comp cutting me a check for about 260 or 1394?

Sorry if it’s a dumb question but I can’t really tell and they don’t have any examples for someone making that much a week.
