Did I understand this correctly that she possesses two Authorities?

It was said that she was a witch from the very beginning, and we also got new information that in order to possess an Authority, even without having a Witch Factor, you still need some kind of connection to a Witch.

So Echidna, being born with connections to witches from the start, already had the “door slightly open” to an Authority and could use that power from the very beginning.

But later she became not just a witch, but also the Witch of Greed, meaning that this time she obtained an actual Witch Factor and a second Authority.

And that would match the information we had before. We know Echidna possesses the Tome of Wisdom, which was said not to be the Authority of Greed. (I don't remember exactly where it was said) So in that case, the Tome of Wisdom would be tied to her original Authority, the one she had before becoming the Witch of Greed, and after becoming the Witch of Greed she obtained a second Authority that we still know very little about.
